I discovered this gem of a review while researching what else “Succulent” have released.
“Right. I’m going to plough straight into this. OK, that track ‘Opening’. What the fuck is going on? Did this guy actually think ‘right, I’ve given it a few tries and now this sounds pretty good, I’ll put that on the next record’? How insane can he be? He certainly didn’t have money in mind when he decided to put this on the record. It is completely insane. It is the sound of madness. Slow, heavy, twisted drug-music is the only possible way of describing it. To go into details would be pointless. But those mushing, expanding and contracting voices are really something to write home about. Bye bye world.”
